Kray is seeking a dedicated Territorial Business Manager to lead and optimize branch operations in Iganga. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing territory performance, fostering business growth, and building strong client relationships. The Territorial Business Manager will work closely with the team to ensure seamless branch operations, implement effective strategies to enhance territory performance, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
  • Analyze territory performance metrics and develop strategies to improve business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive customer retention and acquisition.
  • Set and achieve business targets, including sales and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement marketing and sales initiatives.

Qualifications
