Double Q Co. Ltd is the leading and authorized distributor of SINOTRUK and XCMG road equipment, as well as spare parts and accessories for heavy machines and trucks in Uganda. This includes trucks, mobile cranes and excavators, as well as product related service offerings such as: vehicle financing, insurance, GPS and rental services to enable our clients to focus on their core business.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement fleet strategy and policies
• Manage fleet acquisition, maintenance, and disposal
• Develop and implement operational processes and procedures
• Manage and lead a team of operations staff
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections
• Manage and optimize fleet and operational expenses
• Lead and manage a team of fleet and operations staff
• Develop and implement training and development program

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
• 10 years of experience in fleet management and operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Fleet Manager, Certified Operations Manager) a plus
